These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website, booking services and text message program operated by 12912503 CANADA LTD., operating as Phenix Med Spa ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS text message program terms
Program name: Phenix Med Spa Appointment & Offer Updates.
Program description: When you opt in, Phenix Med Spa (12912503 CANADA LTD.) will send you text messages including appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notices and, where you have agreed, promotional offers and gift codes.
How to opt in: by ticking the consent checkbox on our website sign-up or booking form and providing your mobile phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving treatment.
Message frequency: varies; typically 1–4 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. After you send STOP we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your carrier.

2. Appointments and services
Appointment requests made through our website are subject to confirmation. Treatment suitability is determined at the time of consultation. Promotional offers and gift codes are subject to availability, may have expiry dates and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You agree to provide accurate information, including a mobile number that belongs to you, and not to use our website or messaging program for any unlawful purpose.
4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and messaging program are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or messaging program, including delayed or undelivered messages.
